Check-in is super. i really enjoyed the lagoon access room. It is super convenient! the breakfast buffet is great with excellent service and amazing staff.

the new year's eve gala dinner had an amazing crescendo. our outside table offered easy access to the bars and food stations. i loved the live entertainment and the dj. watching the fireworks from the beach was special (it was really fantastic!). i enjoyed the excellent choice of food, from oysters to tasty desserts.
bottled water is chargeable in every restaurant and by the pool.

bottled water was an additional charge at the restaurants. i think it should be included.
